Single Sign-On (SSO)

Causely supports self-service SSO configuration so your team can authenticate using your existing identity provider (IDP).

Accessing SSO Settings​

  1. Open the Admin Portal (profile icon → Admin Portal)
  2. Select SSO from the left sidebar

Setting Up an SSO Connection​

  1. On the SSO page, click Setup SSO connection
  2. Select your identity provider (IDP) (for example, Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace)
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure the integration
